Fuse/Relay making clicking sound
 

There is a clicking sound coming from one of the relays in the fuse box when I hit lock/unlock on key fob. And on top of it, now my headlights will not shut off even when the truck is off and the lights are turned to OFF. Is this relay bad causing this or something? How much for a new relay?
