Remember back in the day when cars use to come without a passenger
side mirror you had to save a few mpg over the life of the car since
it was that much less drag!! If you didn't happen to crash into someone
when changing lanes.

That's like deleting the "cigar lighter" for anti-smoking reasons. That inexpensive, useful power point becomes an option and a profit center.

I think its already here, with the Prius and Honda's yugo size car that is fresh off the line.
dam there small. but they are taller than my CRX I drive from time to time.
