sadly no but thy said they let the penitraing oil sit for 3 hours before they try to take them out if they do break they said it would be 40 a broken plug
40 per broken plug sounds like a deal to me.
Just pray they don't break many (hopefully none). That could get pricey quick. It is not a bad price though.
Sounds like a reasonable price to me. I would go for it.
hey fordman85, how many miles? my 04 s/crew lariat has 36k. I'm starting to think about it myself. thanks
i have 72,000 it wasent runing bad i just wanted to get them done before 100,000 its in the shop now ill let ya guys know how it turns out
$40 per broken plug is a steel. Go for it. Ask for the old ones to see how they look.
I'm guessing that $40 is if they break them and can extract them with the extractor. Or is it any type of plug break?
Sounds fairly reasonable i know for sure dealer work aint cheap or service at a dealer i mean
only if they can get it with the tool
Oh no not another plug forum. If they brake 8 thats $320 plus
$240:-huh |
well got my truck back today they broke 3 the end bill was 337 and some change
My truck is @ the dealer right now. $466.00 for plugs. All the pressure is on them. Even if they have to pull the head. I know they broke atleast one. For the money I hope they all broke. Truck has 112,000 on it.
