Thats a really nice truck. I really like the flaresides.

I really want to do a solid axle swap I just don't have the money or the room to keep a donor truck around. And I don't want to get stuck with the rest of the truck. They are actually pretty hard to find out here. The toolbox is not on it anymore actually due to the bottom falling out. But the brand is free. I got it off craigslist for free and I actually used some roll on bedliner to cover it. I don't recommend it. I didn't take a lot of time preping the box but I did sand it down with some heavy grit sand paper. It didn't stick at all. I hauled some 2x4's and they hit the box and chipped right off. It was garbage but it only cost me $30 and I had a tool box that lasted about 6 months. I guess it was worth it.

Thats really nice looking!!! I have a FLareSide as well (check my gallery) Diamond plarte tool box, diamond plate mudflaps, diamond plate tailgate (Inside where plastic normaly is) Dual Exhaust and all that fun stuff.... i LOVE the flaresides

thanks it was quite the project, but i had to take it apart and sand blast the rust off the bottom of the cab or there wouldn't of been much of it left come spring. As it was I had to replace the drivers side floor. wipe down the whole under side put three coats of rust paint on it then used ruberized under coating to seal it up, and that was just the cab.

Buddy the same goes to you. I see our trucks are the same year. You have a pretty baby too. That teal sticks out to me for some reason. There's another user on here with a Teal truck just like yours only a fleetside (4x4). Gorgeous trucks!

thanks 6ClyBill I do love that colour I have already had the truck painted once and if it gets painted again it will be the same colour. the little guy beside the 4x4 is the same teal colour too. i got it painted that way so when I sell it I can put all the better fenders ,doors, etc. on the 4x4.

Thanks!! I love mine lol, although, sucks when u need to get away from a cop, would be hard for them to mis me.. all the cops in my town know me though cause of where i work so im good in my town atleast. Its a VERY rare color aroud here. Its from florida thats why lol.
