Then your brother doesn't know how to drive that truck. That, or he's trashed the engine and/or transmission.

What are the configurations of both trucks and what modifications have been done? And what condition are they both in?

Sorry, unless you've segnificantly modified your IDI he's sitting at twice your hp and better than twice your torque. Unmodified, that 03 CR should be able to handle your 94 on any surface.

HP and tourque wouldnt matter. HOW MUCH DO YOU WEIGHT?

a 10000LB truck with 200HP will drag a 7000LB truck with 600HP

(equal traction and configuration)

my 2cents

Let's see...

For arguements sake:

1994 DW 4x2 F350 is something like 5621#'s 190hp/385tq

2003 SW 4x2 2500QC is something like 6320#'s 305hp/555tq (stock)

Before adding the fueling box the 03 out classes the 94.
Curb weight? advantage 03 CR
power? advantage 03 CR
torque? advantage 03 CR

There have to be other factors at work for the 03 to loose. Without knowing the level of driver experience and the full configurations of both trucks it's just guesswork.

i agree with parkland, we had a truck show in N.C at Galloways offroad. They had a truck pull on pavement, and a new F-150 with a 5.4 embarassed a new 6.7 cummins with a six speed. The dodge broke traction, thats why he lost, but it was still the funniest thing i had ever seen.

Excellent example of the driver not having a clue. :-X21
