??Fill Plug Borg Warner 1356 Mechanical T-case??

Sorry, real stupid question. Anyone know where the fill plug location is on the Borg Warner 1356 Mechanical t-case? I have several shop manuals and searched the web, but see nothing showing the location. All other t-cases in the manuals show the locations but not for this t-case (also its not marked on the casing either). From looking at it, I think the fill plug is located on the reverse side of the t-case and towards the top where the rear shaft enters the case but unsure. I couldnt take it out as it appears the inside head of the allen bolt is rounded out and had no time to mess with it yet. Also, I think the seals have a slight leak so I bought a 24oz bottle of leak eliminator ATF fluid. Would adding this to the recommended Dextron ATF fluid have any negative effects on the t-case? Thanks a lot in advance.
Happy Holidays.

Yes, the rounded-out plug is the fill plug, but if you just can't get it out of there, you can pump fluid in thru the breather hose on top and drain it out the drain plug at the bottom. Try to find a new plug before you destroy the old one so you won't be stuck where you are when you finally get it out. You may have to weld &/or drill it.

The "leak-stop" fluids all (except radiator stuff) work by adding a petrochemical that ATTACKS the rubber seals and softens them, making them swell and stop the leak. :-) ...temporarily! x( With the softer rubber, they wear out that much faster, and then NO amount of swelling will seal them. If you have a leaky seal, you're gonna have to replace it sooner or later. Your only real choice is how much fluid do you want to buy & then pour out onto the ground?
