Now I need plug advice

Starting the IC cleaning project tomorrow afternoon. Seems like a no-brainer to change plugs while it's that far apart ( they have 78K on them).
My 01 L is stock except for the diablo chip. All the searching I've done seems to point to the ngk's as a better choice, but I'd like to hear from others experiences with them.

Here's a chart for you that's strictly rule of thumb.

I like the NGK TR6 plugs. A lot of stock guys use them and a lot of the built guys pushing 14+ pounds of boost still use them.

They are a proven, hearty plug, all around great plug.

But they are far from perfect for EVERYONE.

I used the Tr-6 plugs in my L when it was stock and when it had a 6lb'r. Now I use the Denso IT24's, but at 17-22lbs.

Well I couldn't get the ngk's today and only one dealership in town could get the motorcraft AGSF-12FM1's by 5:00. So I went that route.
Wish me luck.
