Photo gallery question

What's the maximum size photo that is allowed in the photo gallery?

Thanks

Snowbunny 10-17-2007 10:52 PM

Maximum image file size is 3,145,728 bytes. Image type may be JPG/JPEG, GIF or PNG.

What's that,,, 3mb. I keep mine under 100 kb so they upload faster.

The user gallery has a special sizing system to rezize larger images being uploaded.

See the user gallery forum for details

Thanks snowbunny.

Guess I better start resizing some photos.

EDIT: I'll check it out Dennis. Thanks.

The system will resize them for you on upload.

Watch the upper left side of screen when uploading

Yes, they can be automatically resized by the system, but for me, it takes sooo much longer. Stupid dial up!! And honestly, they look all the same size anyways, so why wait the extra time?!?!

So I can only show Ford vehicles, in my gallery?

Mil1ion 10-17-2007 11:09 PM

Why not use Webshots, photobucket, Flickr for anything.

They are all free.

Snowbunny 10-17-2007 11:09 PM

Technically,, that's what the rules say,,, but I do have our Freightliner in there!!

Hmmm! I notice a lot of galleries that don't quite follow the "rules" then. :-X03

I can only post Ford trucks that I own, or previously owned?

I'm just curious, because I do have photos for my gallery, but...................
