88 f150 fuel system diagram?
 

i need a fuel system diagram for a 88 f150 short wheel base that just had the one fuel tank any help would be great.

not much to it... tank, lift pump, line, supply/injection pump, line, injector rail, injectors, regulator, return line..

whatcha doin?

Dual / Single tank conversion
 

To renew an old thread here, any help would be appreciated.
My HP inline pump has been overheating, My thought was lack of fuel supply. Pulled line BEFORE Dual tank fuel reservoir assembly, grounded fuel pump on connector and got 8oz of gas in 5 seconds. Good in-tank pump. Reconnected and tested the engine supply port of the reservoir assembly, same method, 2 oz of gas. Bad reservoir assembly. The previous owner had removed the midship tank. QUESTION: can I take a fuel line from in-tank pump directly to the HP in-line pump? Do single tank F150's have a reservoir assembly, or some form of check valve? I don't plan on putting in another tank.

I put a new battery in. Now it does not start. It sound like it is not getting fuel. Maybe the fuel filter is clogged. The truck sat idle for a couple years...
