Brake Bleeding Order?

I have a 2000 Excursion 4x4 with the V-10. What order do the brakes need to be blead? I've always done the furthest away from the master cylinder to the closest. However I've been told that with ABS there is a different order that needed to be followed. Does anyone know? Thanks.

Nope. It's the same.

As wlihntr posted, its the farthest wheel to the closest wheel.
