has anyone changed the fuel filter on the rail under the truck on the reg. cab?

I have heard that it is very difficult b/c of some kind of harness in the way.

went to the dealer today and he relocated the wire harness away from the filter cap. i don't understand how something like this could get by quality control or the guys on the line didn't notice this.
