Need hotel recommendation for El Centro
I'll be headed down to Holtville in August to have John Wood install one of his tranny's in my 7.3 Excursion. I'll be coming down a day early since I live a little over 8hrs north, on the Central Coast, and I need to be at his shop by 7:30am.
Does anyone know of a clean, decent place to stay in El Centro? I did a search and turned up quite a few choices, from the expensive Holiday Inn Express, to the cheaper places, but I was hoping some of you SoCal men might have a good recommendation for me. Thanks. Stewart |

Thanks for the info!
I wasn't so much looking for the cheapest place, but instead am looking for a clean, decent place. Cheap is good too though, if it's clean, safe, and decent! LOL I was hoping someone close-by might know, simply because they're from that area, of one place being better than another. Stewart PS - Thanks for the fast reply! You get two cookies for that! ;) |
They have a Holiday inn express thats nice, its close to freeway 8, its new and its clean. We have stayed there 2 times.
