Hello, I am kind of new to this forum and just started a Gallery of my truck. I am proud of it and like to show it off. It's a 1953 F100 with a 289, AOD trans and mustang II front suspension. I did all the work myself.

Back in high school I remember a classmate from a family of Ford enthusiasts had this on a bumper sticker he had-- on his locker. (Right before he got to driving age!)

Your truck is looking very good and welcome to FTE. As mentioned earlier, put some construction pics up in your gallery if you have them.

Very nice. I too am trying to build my truck by myself, and hopefully paint too. What did you use for your fuel door? Was it off a donor or did you buy it from a supplier?

Did you do a Mustang rear tank? Or something else? What was the gas door from?

Ditto on what everyone has said. I like the idea you had and what you did on the fender rods in the engine compartment. Instead of mounting to the firewall, you brought them together at the center point with one mount. Clever! and looks good.
