New Chapter Leader and Vacation
 

Well to let everyone know before I went on Vacation I offered the Chapter Leader positon to a certain individual. I have not had any free time in the past year to really fullfill the position's duties completely. I do not see any relief in the next year other than me be on vacation right now. Now I have not OFFICIALLY heard back from the individual so I will keep his name out of this for now. If he does want the position I will go from there and let the FTE admin know.

I have tried to attend those recent chats but I also do not have the correct set up on my computer. Sorry I missed those.

IF that person does or does not accept the positon I would still like to help with keeping this chapter alive. I will keep the position until someone want the job. If I just quit and we do not have a new one our chapter will fold on FTE.

Oh yea what a fun 5678 mile drive to Cal, via Iowa. 112 was the hottest I saw going across South Dakota.

we cant let the chapter close! that would be a last resort.. i hope this new person accepts the position. :mad:

Dont worry Ray I wont just up and quit. I'm just looking for someone to take over as CL since I dont have the time to commit.

Ok so I am back after 11,301 mile trip total. It was actually fun. NO issuse of course until I get back to Anchorage. Damn small car drives. Ran into my trailer while going through the round about on Dowling. Stupid driver tried to enter the round about and pass me on the inside. Well my trailer only got a small dent but destroyed the side of her car. All well I'm bigger and well insured.

I have not heard from the individual that was considering taking over as CL so I stick with it. I might not be as busy as last winter but we shall see.

Wow that by my house your accident!!!! well not far.. with the economy the way it is going im sure we will all have more free time, when the companys start downsizing.
