She aint pretty and she dont look that way lol. Runs f-kin awsome too. $800, I wanted something that had room for me and the family, was under $1000, had 4wd, was a ford, and had to run/operate good. So I got what I asked for lol.
Theres a story behind the 31 on there (left rear)....I bought it in Prince George, had to drive it home. The left rear tire had some major weather split and curb rash bad enough to leak air like a siv out the sidewall. The guy had some of that tire plug stuff mushed on there to slow the leak. No spare tire. Well I said f-k it we will see how far back towards Quesnel (125km) we can get. Made it the whole way without touching the tire. Got to Quesnel and figured I would put some air in it to be safe. I shouldve never touched it because two blocks down the road I blew the plugs so my bro in law had to come to the rescue. Should have the other 3 31s on today.

Looks awesome man! A little bit of rust repair and a new coat of paint and shed be mint!

I wonder what she kissed on the passenger front side. Looks like a great truck to work on. As I always say, paint does not add hp, so as long as she runs good, that it the battle.

In the local auto wrecker down here there is tons of parts for those years of parts!

That is one of the real nice things of owneing an "old" truck. My 96 is considered old but it is the newest thing I have ever owned. My neighbor is selling his 94 F150 and going to a 77 F250 cause "they are easier to work on". I told him I was going to steal it.

guy hit a post or something he said. The wreckers here want $450 a door and $100 a fender. Pick a Part in kelowna charges like $50 a door and $25 a fender. I told the guy to go pound sand, by the time I buy 2 doors and fenders ($1100) I could buy another damn truck!

Pick a part down here is pretty much the same price too.

I have heard of a few guys going back to the 70's just for the working on factor.
