I'm the Fleet Manager at work and I take all of my bigger diesels (KW T-2000, FL box trucks and E-450 boxvan) to a shop in NLV called Fleet Truck and Auto. It's a small, privately-owned shop. It doesn't look like much, but they do good work and have a great turn-around time too. They will pick-up and drop-off your rigs if needed as well. They are on Eastern between the 95 and Lake Mead Blvd. I only take them diesels, but I know they'll work on anything you drag in. If you're interested the owner's name is Al and their number is: 649-5228.

I had to dump the Freightliner dealer last year after they put new tires on one of my 24' box trucks and didn't torque the RR lugs. Halfway between here and Searchlight, the outside dual went flying out from under the truck. My driver was VERY lucky that the inside stayed on the hub just long enough for him to get to the shoulder without rolling. He was fully-loaded and on his way to Orlando at the time. The inside dual and entire hub assembly was destroyed. They never did find the outside wheel/tire.

I have to take my smaller vehicles ( E-350's and Sprinters) to Gemini and Dodge due to a corporate fleet service deal or I would probably take them to FT&A as well. I've had to dump the Goodyear/Gemini on Rainbow near Russell too. I gave them three screw-ups and they used up all their chances (over-filled sump, wrong oil filter and fixed the front-end, but left the steering wheel at a 45-degree angle). I wouldn't have given them that many chances, but they're close to my shop so it was convenient for me.

edit: Almost forgot- I've had FT&A do engine, structural, electrical and hydraulic work and I haven't found anything they can't do yet.:-X22
