i dont much care for the term but that looks very rat roddy with the red rims and white sidewalls especially, i like it, is that the finished product or is it under construction? either way its cool

Dustin1690 04-11-2007 01:26 AM

Wow tgowers that looks awesome i have to say thats the best looking lowered ford i have ever seen i like the rat rod look its cool! 2 thumbs up

tgowers 04-11-2007 07:27 AM

thanks guys. i need to get new clips for the spear trim down the sides, and my buddy and i are going to put a raised bed floor in it so i can haul my bike in it, but other than that it's done. you guys have a great day! -tony

Tony's really looks great, if you don't want to get quite that low I have pics of mine in my gallery. I flipped the rear mounts, used lowering springs on the front, and relocated the rear shock mounts... Mine is kind of a "timid" lowering, Tony's is downright awesome!!!!

R. Tovar 04-15-2007 09:51 PM

tgowers your trucks bad. would like to get mine that low. what kind of chassis work was involved.

427SOHC 04-22-2007 02:56 PM

You need to check out the one Fatmans fabrication has built, I believe it is a 67 and it is turquoise, if you cant find it send me an email at planb963@hotmail.com and I will send it to you. It was from the 2006 F-100 supernationals.

tgowers 04-23-2007 10:05 AM

yeah, those fat man fab front ends are nice, but i think they might be expensive. i am sure there is a lot less work than what my buddy chris and i did. -tony

thats cool.... drag truck. i was thinking yesterday how cool it would be if i had a blown big block in my old truck. everyone asks me what kind of cam i am running, but it's stock... the cherry bombs make it sound real nice at idle or a slow roll. blub blub blub blub.

1sweet67 04-23-2007 01:22 PM

Those are some sic trucks.

bigun72 04-25-2007 04:09 PM

that white 2wd is what im shootin for with my 72 ...

MychalCrowson 04-25-2007 05:02 PM

the white one is the nicest looking in my opinion also, plain jane just keep it simple and let it speak for itself

Wyndell1970 04-25-2007 09:41 PM

I'm parcile to the white one tooooo, but the blue one is an ultimit sleeper.

SmokeyBear31 04-26-2007 09:04 AM

hunkajunk68 04-28-2007 10:21 PM

man all these good looking trks ford nat in knoxville nxt month cant get here soon enough

Wyndell1970 04-29-2007 08:24 AM

I sure didn't realize there are that many 70 out there being done. Around here it seems to be 67-69. When I got mine at fifteen 25 years ago, I realy thought the 70 grill was odd looking. Now they are my favorite.
