MSRP vs. Invoice - new incentives
 

I'm trying to figure out what the difference is. I price out a new Expy EL on Ford's website and it says MSRP is $49K, while invoice is $45K, so should I expect the dealer to sell it at invoice or MSRP?? Also, since the 2K incentive ends today, is there any word on new purchasing incentives?

I actually payed 1000.00 under invoice. There hold back is 1198.00 so, they made a whole 198.00 on me! My guess, they will probably up the incentive to 3k since that is what they did with the f150 and focus!

thx. Looks like I've finally got my deal. 07 Expy Ltd EL 4x4 loaded (nav, dvd tow, conv, etc) for $42K out the door. I'm happy.
