what does a 4.9 make for torque matched to a C6 automatic

A quick google gave me this:

4,923 cc 4.9 liters 6 in-line front longitudinal engine with 101.6 mm bore, 101.1 mm stroke, 8.8 compression ratio, overhead cam and two valves per cylinder

You know, I noticed all the liter and cc crap and figured it must be out of a British, Canadian, or Australian website/publication.

Now I wonder if any of the info is correct!

I've never heard of or seen an OHC I-6 in a US Ford.

Pontiac had a real peppy I-6 OHC in the '67 firebird. Aunt had one.

yeah i thought our 300s were pushrod....since theyre indestructable, torquey, cheap, etc....maybe they mean OHV
