New PDF file from DOE

I just received a PDF file from my contact in DOE for biodiesel storage and use. It is rather large [1,700kb] so I don't want to post it here. Anyone who wants a copy, PM me with your reg email add, and I'll send you a copy. That is unless Cookie would like to post it here and "stickey" it for everyone to use?

I fully agree. I don't know if I'll be able to do anything with it on the site since DOE owns it, but I'll check into it.
