None that I can ever remember hearing of.

None that I've seen or ever heard of, but I wonder if you could have a custom pitman arm made? Maybe 1/2"-3/4" longer than stock might help quicken your steering movement some?

They sell little gear boxes for circle track racing called steering quickeners that mount before the steering box to quicken the steering. That might work.I think summit or jegs sells them.I think you also have a few choices of ratios.

I might have to get creative and fab some mounts for a diff. steering box or maybe a Rack?

A rack would be awesome, but oh-so expensive!!! I have no idea why these kits cost so much. There isn't a whole lot to them.
