2000 F-150 5.4L V8 PFI SOHC 16V

I'm looking at buying a 2000 F-150 5.4L So i'm wondering if anyone has any problems with there's. It has 54,000 miles and is $16,000 Off Road Package. I going to check it out tommorrow so can anyone give me tips to look for.
