What year? 4X4? Most explorers.. 95 and up have bolt on bearings... means the bearing and hub is one assembly that bolts on to the knuckle assembly.

Usually just a matter of removing the caliper, bracket, rotor, axle nut, and then removing the 4 bolts on the backside of the knuckle and sliding the bearing out (plus unplugging and pulling the ABS wire loose from the frame).

Not a real difficult process, especially in the air.

wheel bearing

I,m sorry, I have a 1996 4x4 , I have the bearing assembly ready to ins tall but the seal that is on the shaft next to the hub assembly was bad so I went to get another and I had no luck, they try to give me the wrong seal,,any help would be greatly appreciated.

A lot of aftermarket bearings are designed for installation without that seal. All that seal does is help to keep dirt and debris off of the bearing. I've installed many without that seal with no problems.

I'd say you'll probably be ok without it, unless you offroad in dirty/muddy conditions alot.
