1969 F250 wiring

I just got a 69 F250 that I am trying to restore the first problem I am having is the wiring harness I have been able to get all the lights working again except for the front emergency flashers. Does anyone have a wiring diagram or know where I can get one? I have looked in the ads area and none list this year is it the same as the 65-67 wiring harness?? If anyone knows how it should be wired that would help also.

Ron:

Most problems with wiring stem from obvious damage to the harness, poor connections at the terminal ends, corrosion, or poor ground. I am assuming that your harness hasn't been cobbed. If so I would recommend you change it. The front harnesses easily uncouple on the inside of yuor truck just beyond where they go through the firewall into the cab under the dash. You should be able to find a complete front harness at a scrap yard. If your harness looks o.k. then pull it out and perform a continuity test for each of the wires. An ohmeter works great and will show if there is any hidden breaks or corrosion under the casing. These are problems that may not be easily spotted by eye. I hope this helps.
