1991 Ranger heater core

I need to replace the Heater Core in a 1991 Ford Ranger that I just picked up for my daughter. Any suggestions on the best way to do this??

Easy! Remove glove box & there is an access panel with 5 or 6 screws that comes off.
Then go under the hood & disconnect the heater hoses at the fire wall and remove the core.

Make sure you keep some thing on the floor to catch some antifreeze as you remove it.

I think Ranger heater core's are the easiest too replace

Yep, a 91 is before Ford decided to ruin a good thing and redesign the HVAC plenum that forces you to disassemble the entire dash to replace the heater core. Back in the days of my Bronco II it took me perhaps 30 minutes to swap the heater core.
