Input on a truck im looking at
 

Okay guys i was here awhile back with hopes of getting a truck but it fell through i ended up getting a 5.0 mustang. Anyways the whole purpose of the stang was so i could race some people but i can find anyone and on top of that the a head gasket blew out the other day. Hopefully this weekend ill sell my car and get this truck ive been look at. Its a 1986 f-150 4x4 with a 351 but i believe it bored out to a 400 or something lime that. Sounds like it has a cam, has headers and holley 650 carb. Also has a 4 inch suspension lift with brand new 33 inch pro comp tires. Its a long bed and has a new paint job, has a few little dings but nothing bad. Leaks a little oil but thats about it. The guy wants $3000 but i can can talk him down tad hopefully. Opinions, any clue what kinda horsepower range this truck should be in?
