finiding an engine?
 
where can i buy one of these engines used? junk yards maybe does jasper make any?

what did you get yours for?

i would love one. any beat up rebuildable engines out there? i have a 460 now in one truck and the other needs an engine. will it be good in a f 250?

Older fire trucks and similar sized large trucks. The big question is WHY you want to put one in a F250. There are no speed parts available and they top out at about 3K, rpm wise. They weigh in the neighborhood of 1300 pounds and Ford made these obsolete for a reason. You are better off performance wise to stroke a 460.

You'll go faster if you put a 289 2V in your truck.....

ok i had no idea. i thought a 460 was the largest for a f250 and thats still the case. just never heard of one of these. i am set now.
