headers for 429 in 68 1/2 ton 2wd

I'm swapping out my 360 for a 429. Will the headers for a 74-79 460 fit in my 68 frame. Also will the motor mounts for the 74-79 bolt to the frame of my 68?

after running headers on a 460 pi in a 69 2 wd for several years, sure don't think the added problems that headers offer are worth the gain.
leaks, warps, fun changing starters, burned wires, just to name a few
there are some trick cast hipo manifolds that are quite effective but hard to find
and spendy..definatly worth the effort if you can find them.
i have a set of tri-y cast ones on my truck..did not notice any power loss over a set of hooker headers.....just a lot more time to drive instead of fix exausts
good luck on the swap, no substitute for cubic inches
