Where is rear PCV Hose and fitting

Can anyone tell me on a 2001 ford lightning 5.4 supercharged where the rear pcv hose goes? Is it normal to hear air coming from lower back side of engine when i disconnect T fitting on pvc hose and blow air into rear pcv hose. If i do have to chage rear pcv fitting how do i get to it. My PCV lean rich gage is erratic and backfires above 3 K on tach, check engine light does not come on and a diagnostic shop said their are no codes

Its on back of engine block, to get to it pad radiator, stand on 1-2 foot step stool
take off any watches or rings, Remove dust cap from #1 side fuel rail and pad with rag, grease up left forarm with vaseline or grease, remove foam insulated tube from hard plastic PCV hose. My insulated tube came off in 2 pieces. Reach with left arm and follow hard plastic hose to rubber elbow. and check for damage. I hookep up compressor hose 4-5 psi and found no leaks on this hose and elbow. I learned the hard way about the time you feel rubber elbow, Empty kitty litter container kicks out from under your feet and the dust cap which i had left installed cut into my forearm. goodluck.
