Tranny leaks (pours!) in hot weather!

Hi everyone!. I got a problem I can't figure out... My '94 F350 Crew dab 4x4
with 460 engine has had 2 episodes when driving in 100 degree weather and stop and go, the transmission POURED out a steam of mercon fluid down the road, and and I pulled over It neede 2 qts to bring back up to full... I even added stop leak the first time, just to limp home... then it did not leak again untilo I used the truck heavily in warm weather again... This happened last fall, but all winter it did fine. When calling my local tranmision shop during the first even, the of course said I had to brig it right in and do several thousands in repairs (they got me on my last truck that way).. The Tranny shifts perfectly,
and usually does not leak,.....What is the cause that it only did it during very hot temps, and stop and go. It pourec a line down the road for several miles when it did it, and it appears to come thru the rubber plug at the bottom of the outter shell of the transmission.... Did I need a new one? or what can I do to prevent this when it it warm weather again,
Thanks for your input,
