I found a 1970 F-250 crew cab, supposedly in good condition in Oregon for $3,500. To any of you who know about these, does that sound like they're in the ball park? I requested photos and I also have a cousin that lives up there to check it out for me.

this truck should be in driving condition and have no rust at all for that kind of money and should not have any major dents either.make sure that who ever looks it over should be lookin at the floor board very careful.the interior should be in average shape.ripped seat and floor mat.maybe a cracked dash pad.ac. would be a big PLUS.and if it does and works....oh man.

Love crew cabs, especially the early ones, but unfortunatly there isn't too much resale value in these. Buy it if you want to keep it awhile, enjoy it for it's intended purpose. I wouldn't get it if it looks as it was beat up by several contractors and then left for dead!
