05 F350 fuse diagram

My cig lighter stopped working, can't see a blown fuse, but can't find a diagram or chart showing which one it is either. Anyone have a diagram?

Was looking at the 2005 Owners manual that I found online and shows that Location #12 is the "Cigar Lighter", OBD II fuse. It is a 20A mini fuse and should be yellow.
