Ford 4D Diesel Van UK (possibly Thames Trader?)
 

I am looking for information and photographs of what was known as a Ford 4D Diesel Van and I believe it was also known as a Thames Trader in the UK?

Can anyone help me with my search? I have been scouring the internet and not been able to find what I am looking for.

I believe this vehicle was built somewhere between 1955 and 1960 and was run until 1966.

Its vehicle registration number was ECW345 and I live in the UK.

Complete edit. I found pictures of a Ford Thames 4Ds that are in bad shape. I do not know if its a diesel or not.
