Hydo-booster upgrade ?

Guys I'm planning to install an hydro-booster on my 94 Bronco. My main question is, what year and type truck the hydo-booster has to come off of for it to fit my 94 or does it matter?
I have a saginaw power steering pump I'm going to use, will I have to change the operating rod or use the one from the Bronco. I'm going to get new hoses, is their anything else I need before I get started?
Thanks

99-03 Superduty diesel uses a hydroboost.

Is there something wrong with the vacuum assisted brakes you have now, or are you doing the conversion just because you can? Seems like a lot of work if you are throwing away good parts. I'd use that big pump to run a hydraulic winch instead of the brakes.

The hydro-booster stops a lot better than the vacuum booster. I've never been crazy about the way Bronco stops, the upgrade is fairly cheap, down the road I'm converting the back brakes to disc.

I did it, and I highly recommend it. I can see where your coming from with the winch, but how often do you use your winch compared to the brakes? Now the fat pig stops INCREDIBLY well. It just takes some getting used to.
