Alcohol compatible carb kit for Carter YF, where to find????

Without opening up the old alcohol debate, lets just say I need a etoh carb kit for my CArter YF.

Anyone have a clue if the usual kits that come from parts places are rubber or neopreme?

Know of a place that make better kits, for etoh?
