Okay - we got East, West, and Central TN. Well and good.

If any Y'all would like a local GTG over a BBQ and a picnic table - post local area and date here, and lets see what happens.

What about your own HOMETOWN? Heck yeah...
It might just be two or three folks that are from the same town.
BUT it's Ford Trucks, and TRUKKIN' stuff, just for the fun of it!

So if you have a free weekend and want to meet folk ('specially east tenn, where there seem to be a lot of us) HAVE A GRILL THANG!!!

I'm with you. I don't have meat for a BBQ but I do have a freezer full of fish I can cook. I'll see if I can get a cookout going. Anybody in Tn like fryed crappie?

Naifehs in Munford has ground beast for 95 cents a pound in family packs right now - I may have to go back and grab some more!

What part of TN are you located in? I'm in south Tipton County near Atoka, just north of Memphis/Shelby.

I live in collierville. Its in east shelby co.. We had a good cookout at the state park at Shelby Meman a couple of yrs ago. I rented a pavilion there for $50. I've chipped in on renting them at other state parks. The state parks are cheap to use & offer good places to have a GTG.

State parks are great! Camping (basic) is usually around ten bucks, but bring quarters for the shower....

What I'd like to find is a place on the big river where we could stay over and bag a lot of catfish!

Catfish on the grill is a treat, and I have a turkey cooker that could do up a catfish stew no problemo! Far as I know the propane tank is still full. Could also boil corn.
