Keep looking!!! Or, if you are willing to spend that much, by a cat-back system and install it yourself. I believe magnaflow has a kit for around $400.

i bought a catback from magnaflow for 346.00 tax title liscense.

I had a local shop that does trailer motorhome etc work work put on a Magnaflow cat back system for under 300. When it was too loud, (18 inch) they swapped it for a 24 inch at no charge. Can't beat the service. Try local shops.

Complete Exhaust has the best prices that I have found I think my cat back system was about 349 for a complete magnaflow system. Deffinatly install it yourself it takes a few simple tools and a little time I did mine in my driveway and that too will save serious coin from all the labor a shop would charge you.

I paid around $370 for my Flowmaster American Thunder kit (not including shipping charges). Installs very easily, but I highly recommend at least tack welding the joints to keep things from running the risk of slipping around and rubbing on other components.

Woa...I had a local shop (speedway muffler) do a completely custom lightning-style install for $240, including a 40 series muffler.

Is that for a new 04-05 F-150? If so, how does it sound and do you have any sound bytes?

you're NOT gonna believe this (I'm not sure I do...) but I just got a Bassani S/S single side exit for $338. This was a local distributor's blowout price on the aluminized (or "composite metal", as Bassani calls it) system.

He gave me the price of $338 if I came and picked it up but when I got there we found that it was the stainless kit instead.
happy camper, happy camper....grinning............

Gibson dual sport stainless cat back for around $460.00, including shipping.
See pics in my gallery.
No installation charge, DH did it at home. If he can do it anybody can.
Kinda quite though, I just had the ac fan on 3, (it goes up to 4), and I ran the idle up to just under 2000 rpms, and I could hear something, but not the music I wanted to hear. I'm beginning to think I might be hearing impaired, from listening to all that loud music. What a bummer. Everybody else can hear it but me. I guess I'll have to get a bassani. Let that be a warning to all you young guys and gals out there, if you listen to too much loud music, you won't be able to hear your cat back when you get older.
