Front Leaf Springs in a a F-150

I have an 84 f150 4x4 and i was wondering if it was possible to swap in front leaf springs for the coils? Thanks.

Anything is possible.
Take a gander under an F250 or F350 with 4wd and ask yourself if you are capable of performing this monumental task.
And is your truck worthy of this modification.
Are you financially set to perform said modification.
And what would you gain by doing this.
Would you be better off saving the money invested performing this and spending it on a heavier duty truck with leaf springs?
Why do you ask?
