Cleaning Lariat Leather Seats.

I just tried out the Meguiar's Rich Leather Wipes. They are a cleaner , conditioner all in one. I have the light colored leather and my seats were getting a lttle dirty looking. These wipes cleaned the seats right up and made them look great.

just dont use mink oil on them or any other leather. it dont allow the leather to breath and it will rot the stitching

I just used the same wipes on the interior of my '00 Expy, and am very impressed with the results. I actually used it on the plastic pieces of the dash as well, and it worked remarkably well. Left a nice matte sheen to everything, and deepened the tan color also. I think I've found a winner! :)

They are great

I use those same Meguir's wipes on my 04 with the light tan... personally I wish my interior wasn't quite so light (heard they improved it some on the 05's - they must have heard us) but thank god they make these things cause otherwise I would really hate my interior.

Did they leave the seat slick or slippery?

So where did you get this stuff? Sounds good!

Didn't leave anything slippery on mine, but rather an almost tacky feel, (not unpleasant). You should be able to find them at Advance Auto, O'Reilly's, Autozone, etc. HTH

I hate to even ask this, but will seat covers hurt leather seats? I recently bought an '02 SuperCrew FX4 Lariat that I use for work. I hate to see the seats get ruined from sweat (Texas summertime ) but I don't want to cover them if that's worse. Right now I use beach towels, but only when it's real bad. Any thoughts?

I agree those thing are great. The best part is the smell. My trucks are always spotless but I was never a fan of air fresheners, they always made it smell sickly sweet. Those wipes leave a clean and fress smell.

Yep, they work great on both leather and vinyl.

I use the Lexol cleaner and conditioner. Works great, and keeps my leather looking great.
