Do you really mean a Schematic which is a Illustration of a wiring diagram ?

or

Do you mean a photo of the wiring on the CD player to the wiring in the truck ?

I mean a photo of the wiring on the CD player to the wiring in the truck

they make a wiring harness for things like this...makes life sooooo much easier...and prevents your truck from messing up later on...what year is the truck?
