Dash Bezel around Gauges

Hello! I have a 1994 F150. I have a problem with the black bezel that holds the AC vents and the 4x4 buttons. THe button cluster is held to the bezel with a pair of screws. The screw bosses have broken off. Same story for the fuel tank switch and the clips that hold the bezel to the dash (those broke while I was trying to get the bezel off to fix the preceeding problems). I have had no luck with glue.

Basically, I am looking at having to get a new one. Can replacements be found (be they NOS or aftermarket) for this piece? Anyone have one in good condition they would part with? I looked on ebay with no luck.

they're on ebay every so often. I see them in junkyards once in a blue moon also.

If the breakage is on the back side, not the front, you can fill in the screw hole area with epoxy, then redrill the holes.

Check out LMC Truck catalog @ www.LMCtruck.com
You can order a catalog (free) specific to your year. They have 2 full pages on dashboard compontents in the winter issue that I have. It is an excellent reference to decide on getting new, aftermarket, or junkyard parts.

Back when my dad drove this truck, the Fuel switch screws broke. He used super glue and it looks bad. It kinda 'melted' the plastic. Don't use super glue.
