Coffee at Timmy's!! Red Deer
 

Soooo, i will be moving up to edmonton on the 11 and i am wondering who all would be able to make a coffee date in the red deer (calgary too, as i will probably be meeting waxy there around noon)? I'm pretty sure Dennis (mil1ion) can be coxed from his computer screen :-X04, and i'm hoping a few of the local's might be able to join us.

I suggest the tim Hortons in Gasolin Alley (easy to get to) as i will probably have to stop and fill up there anyway. The time would probably be about 4, just depends when i get out of calgary. (oh phat56, sure woulf be nice to that mercury of yours, lol)

The Tim's in Gasoline alley is on the West side of the divided hwy :)

How about the Brand New one in the South Common Centre ?

That sounds good, someone will have to give me directions as i have no clue on how to get around Red Deer.

Sorry Boys - I would love to drive her all year, but there ain't no way I'm bringin my truck out in this weather. As far as the Tim Hortons thing goes, I'm in the north end and I don't even know where the new one is. It doesn't matter which one to me.

Well dang, that wrecks my whole day, :'(, lol I guess that i am going to have to make a trip to check it out one of these days (i know what you about driving in this weather as my falreside will barely stay between the lines when it slippery out) or maybe a trip to street wheelers street machine weekend might be in order (for everyone :)). Anway lets hope that a few more people can get togeher here (directions to, hint hint lol) ad we can have some good coffee, a little fun, and most important the bs'n we all love so very much :).

Directions for Red Deer are easy....

North till you smell it....
East till you taste it....
Stop when you step in it...

(or change those up for where ever your going).

As for Tim's, Gasoline alley is probably the easiest for anyone to find - the WEST side anyway. There is one on the east, but it is part of esso.

The next easiest one is the 67th street exit into red deer (from Hwy 2). (besides it is close to princess auto).
3rd easiest is the south point common, as you just make a bee line north on hwy 2 until your actually in the city.

Since I am watching the young one for the next few months, pick a day and we can all have some coffee and do some bs'ing like mustange70 suggested....

If we want to get together at 4 PM, I'm out cuz I work out of town and don't get back till 5:30. Maybe next time around . B :'(

Well your still in luck bill, i won't be get out from my appointment till 3:30, and i'm still at the south end of calgary as well, so a 5:30 meeting time would be about perfect.

So lets sonfirm the 11 as the date, but the would be between somewhere between 5:30 and 6:00 (depending on the road conditions), if the roads are slick it'll be closer to 6.

So 2 for sure, and ironpants, i take you would be able to make it? Hopefully you will be able to make it bill.
