spacers?
Does anyone make a 2 inch or so spacer for the front spring in a F-150? Just want to level my truck for cheap if I can before I pop all the money to do it right.

its a 94 F-150 4x4

2 inches seems like a lot, I have used large washers underneath the coils on fullsize and Rangers with good sucess. you can buy them or cut them out yourself to any thickness with hole saws or a torch-doesn't have to be pretty. You will find that a given thickness spacer will be multiplied at the wheel due to the design of the suspension so I doubt that you need a 2 inch spacer.

Why dont you get a machine shop to make some out of aluminum? Just make them large enough to fit in the coil bucket at the top.

just move your coil towers down the frame 2" ....grind the rivets out, place tower in new position, drill new holes, use nice shiney new grade 8 bolts that can be removed very easily later!

Maybe this is out of your range but for like a 170$ bronco grave yard has leveling springs , we used them on my dads 95 F-150 and they turned out perfect also the spring kit comes with the ball joint correcting sleevs so ya won't have that uneven tire wear we all know the TTB's are famous for

Blue oval boy- my apologies, I am thinking of something different than you are. You must be refering to leveling when viewing the entire truck from the side. I was thinking of leveling the front tires when viewed from the front.

Not really, the trucks I have done this to merely had tired springs- due to the design of the suspension, it causes the tire to tip in at the top as the suspension sags. On the opposide side of the spectrum is someone who would stick in lift coils without the proper drop brackets, causing the top of the tire to lean out severely.

Why would you want to level the truck? If you put any amount of weight in the then it would look like the back is sagging.

if all you wanna do is level it for cheap try removing teh rear blocks or swapping in some smaller ones!
