98 Ford F150 4.2L V6, getting a CEL = P0171 system lean on bank 1
 

Hello, was hoping someone would be able to assist me here on this CEL that I'm getting, the code reads P0171 System lean on bank 1. I've been told by more then one person that it shoulds like an O2 Sensor gone bad? I've also heard that it could be a Mass air flow sensor.

Clean the MAF sensor. I had the same problem and that cured it.
