Help me Pick a color for my truck.

I got a 1991 F250 XLT Lariat Diesel Reg. Cab 4x2 that i'm going to have painted. it is currently two-tone red and white. i am going to a solid color and would like opinions on color. i'm stuck with a RED interior so i think i'm limited to my choices for body color. So far, i'm leaning toward Black.
what do you all say?

How's Candy Apple Red? Beautiful color. I know a guy with a 1983 F150 with that exterior color and red interior. His truck looks great. Candy Apple Red would be a good fit to a red interior and it matches what was available in 1991. The Ford paint code for that color is EU.

On edit: If you pick a red color rather than something completely different than what's on it now, it won't be so obvious that the truck was repainted. That way when you open the door or the hood, the original painted surfaces in the interior will somewhat match the new exterior color and won't clash.

How about "Coca Cola Red"? I worked in a automotive paint store in Reno and we mixed up that color for a guy that was painting his Ford F-150. Very little brown tones, and it looked sweet when he was done!

color you need!!!

Hey I personally would choose either Black or Fire Truck Red. Fire Truck Red really stands out and black is just bad to the bone. Good luck finding your color and let me know what you choose. Tiffany

White, of course.

BTW, what part of El Dorado county? My grandparents used to have an apple farm on hwy 50 in Cedar Grove.

I say white, because it will be a lot cooler in the summer.

Silver wouldn't look bad with a red interior. Maybe do red pinstriping.
Or if you want to go with red, Inferno Red from a PT Cruiser looks really nice.

ok, here's the deal. I have a very good friend who is owed favors by one of his clients who happens to own a body shop. so, i am getting to use the body shop with my friend and an experienced body man to help us. i will be paying for the paint and some of the materials. i'm now being "steered" by my friend to go with all white or Pearl white. He is trying to keep from having to do the door jambs and such. i sorta agree with him, it would make things easier. i know there is a lot of white trucks out there, so would Pearl white look nice?

I would go white. Black is my last color choice unless you like looking at dust particles. :-X10

Orange, bright orange.

Silver. Rare color for F-150s, goes with a red interior, and doesn't show dirt badly.

How about a nice medium to dark gray w/ red pinstripe? Would look pretty classy and hide the dirt. Had a car in this color and it really looked sharp.

Gotta let us know what you choose!!!
