OK I give up how do you get to the turn signal parking light bulb in the front of a 1996 explorer ????

If there are no external screws to remove from the parking light lens then it is held on by bolts accessible from behind the lens. Once the screws , bolts are removed the lens should pull out & then its just a matter of twisting the bulb socket & pulling it out of the lens , replace the bulb .
