Add-a-leafs for a '95 XLT

I have a 1995 Explorer XLT and am performing the torsion bar lift and am wondering where i can get either add-a-leafs or extended shackles (preferably the leafs for durability purposes). Ive been doing some extensive searching and cant find them anywhere.

Thanks for your help

Add-a-leafs for a '95 XLT

Do you have any 4x4 or off road shops were you live? All of the places were I live have them. I did the torsion twist and the Add-A-Leafs and didn't get any lift just a very rough ride like riding in the back of a school bus off road. Then I put some 2 1/2" warrior shackles on and got the lift but still had the rough ride but I put some procomp soft ride shocks. That improved the ride. And because of the Torsion twist there was no drop left in the front so after almost tipping over many times even in small drops I removed the 5th shock and the front and rear sway bars and that took care of that problem so if you do alter things you have to alter others sometimes to correct what you alter just my opinion. Hope this helps:-hair

Add-a-leafs for a '95 XLT

[updated:LAST EDITED ON 10-Feb-02 AT 09:58 AM (EST)]I did keep the add-a-leafs on so if you don't need the add-a-leafs I would just go with the warrior shackles. You'll get your lift with out the rough ride. Again just my opinion.:-X19
