Our 1st meeting was awesome!
 

I wanted to say thank you to Yeti, 1956MarkIV ;) (you've been upgraded again!!) & John Pen & his wife Jean for making it out for our 1st official meeting! Also, thanks to the awesome trucks we had there! LOL!
We kicked around ideas for events which I'll post soon. We also had a great time chatting & laughing. Yours truly got proofed - by a customer! LOL! Who knew? He looked like an employee! Oh well - imagine his shock when I proved my age - a lot older than he'd thought!
I hope the next meeting will see more of us there - we really had fun! I'm thinking of a once a month time frame while the weather is good.
Anyhow - thanks again to everyone - see you next time! :)

Looks like your off to a good start and had a good time Oo. . Those little G2G's are a good foundation for building a strong active chapter. We have a monthly in KC and am trying to get one started in Wichita and it as really helped putting our chapter together.

Anyway just wanted to give you all our congrats on a Successful 1st. G2G. :-X22

Thanks JohnPen for reminding me that Van Bortel did indeed treat us to last nite's refreshments! I intend to stop out there on 1 of my visits to Rochester to say hi & thanks in person!
Thanks fordborn! It was fun! I also suggested a monthly meet. We actually did accomplish some "business" & kicked around ideas for events & recruiting. Mostly it was nice to be able to put names with faces! I'm going to suggest meetings in the other areas of the state so everyone can start connecting.
