Superchip 1715 Towing in Economy Mode???
 

I have an '03 F250 V10. I have tuned with a Superchips 1715 tuner and have been running in Perf mode (no tow) for quite a while. Due to the unbelievable jump in premium gas prices, I have switched back to 87 Octane mode until the prices come back down.
I have two trailers that I need to tow. One is ~1500 Lbs and the other is ~4000 Lbs.
Am I able to tow in 87 Octane mode or should I use the tow perf mode and run premium?

What are the advantages/disadvantages of both modes?

you can tow in 87 mode, less hp, good shifts=cheaper gas bill
