Go to the On Line store and see what FTE has to offer. I put bought the Supper Tuner for my 99 and love it.

He has the IDI engine with the rotary fuel injection pump.

I don't think there is much you can do with that engine to increase fuel economy. You could advance the timing a little bit and maybe back off the fuel rate some or, you could go to a higher (lower numerical) axle ratio but I'd frankly be surprised if it would be worth the trouble.
